Your generosity to the Center for Mindfulness, Compassion and Resilience promotes the power of mindful living to advance well-being and engagement.
Support to the Center for Mindfulness, Compassion and Resilience provides opportunities for students and faculty to advance mindfulness research, establish key partnerships in the community, and provide outlets for members of the community to experience mindfulness to better their health and well-being. At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Center for Mindfulness launched a daily mindfulness session, free to the public. Your generosity will help support opportunities like this to ensure peace of mind is available throughout our whole community.

Connection and community

The ASU Center for Mindfulness, Compassion and Resilience is devoted to caring and connection in an unusual time brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. You enable us to bring virtual support and resources to our community members.

We have a wonderful opportunity to build upon ASU’s rich legacy and develop a creative approach to well-being that will both aid the members of our campus family now and prepare them for the future."

- Teri Pipe, professor and ASU’s chief well-being officer
